The goal of this project was to create an as-built Revit model for a two-story residential building. The input data for the model was provided through Matterport, a 3D scanning technology that captures spatial data. CSJ's role in this project was to support the architectural team in the development of a detailed Revit model that would accurately represent the existing conditions of the building. The model had to include the modelling of interior and exterior modelling of key architectural components such as Walls, Doors, Windows, and fixed furniture. Sanitary Fixtures, Stairs and Railings, Lighting fixtures, Ceiling etc.
CSJ's role was crucial in ensuring the model was developed with the appropriate level of detail, which involved collaborating closely with the architectural team. This allowed for a comprehensive digital representation of the building that could be used for analysis, planning, and further development.
